Terms of Service
Welcome to Ordr.chat. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Use of Service
You must comply with applicable laws and our acceptable use rules.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (e.g., orders, contact details, uploads).
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Orders, Payments, Delivery
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the store.
Fees, taxes, delivery charges, and timelines may vary by location and method.
For COD (cash on delivery), full payment is due on delivery; for bank or wallet payments, follow the provided instructions.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds/returns are determined by the store's policy and applicable laws. To request support, contact the store directly using the information provided in your order or receipt.
Acceptable Use
No abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content or activity.
No attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
No spam or misuse of messaging capabilities.
Account & Security
Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
We use reasonable safeguards; however, no system is 100% secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordr.chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., payment, courier, messaging providers).
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Payment Processing
Ordr.chat is a platform that connects buyers with independent merchants. We facilitate order management but do not process payments directly in most cases.
Third-Party Payment Processors
Stripe: Card payments may be processed by Stripe, Inc. Merchants using Stripe Connect receive payments directly to their Stripe accounts. Ordr.chat does not store your full card details.
PayPal: Some merchants accept PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal and subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy.
Zelle/Venmo: Peer-to-peer payments (US only) are processed directly between you and the merchant's bank. Ordr.chat does not have access to these transactions.
Interac e-Transfer: Canadian merchants may accept Interac. Payments are processed by your bank.
Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers are between you and the merchant's bank account.
Cash on Delivery: Payment is made directly to the merchant or delivery person.
Payment Disputes
For payment disputes, contact the merchant first. For card payment disputes, you may also contact your card issuer or the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal) directly. Ordr.chat can provide order records to assist with dispute resolution.
Platform Fees
Merchants may pay platform fees to Ordr.chat. These fees do not affect the price you pay for products.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using Ordr.chat are independent businesses responsible for:
Product quality, accuracy of descriptions, and pricing
Order fulfillment and delivery
Customer service and dispute resolution
Compliance with local laws, tax obligations, and business licenses
Refund and return policies
Secure handling of customer data
Content shared during live streams and messaging
Ordr.chat provides the technology platform but is not responsible for merchant actions or products.
AI Features & Pludor Ai Studio
Ordr.chat offers AI-powered tools for merchants and customers, including Pludor Ai Studio for content generation (images, video, voice, web pages), auto-reply agents, and AI receptionists for phone calls.
AI-Generated Content
AI outputs (text, images, video, voice, HTML pages) are generated by third-party models via fal.ai and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
Ordr.chat does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI outputs.
AI features consume credits from the merchant's account balance.
AI Receptionist & Voice Calls
AI receptionists answer calls on behalf of merchants using AI-generated voice responses.
Calls may be transcribed and data extracted to assist the merchant with follow-up.
Callers should be aware they may be speaking with an AI system.
Call data is stored to provide the merchant with transcripts and lead information.
Content Moderation
AI-powered moderation is used to detect and filter inappropriate content (nudity, violence, hate speech, etc.).
Automated moderation may produce false positives or miss violations; we reserve the right to review and remove content manually.
Merchants can configure blocked words and content policies for their stores.
Live Streaming & Video
Ordr.chat offers live video streaming features that allow merchants to broadcast to customers in real-time.
Acceptable Use
Live streams must comply with all applicable laws and our content policies.
No illegal, harmful, abusive, or explicit content.
No infringement of intellectual property rights (music, videos, trademarks).
No misleading claims about products or services.
Merchants are solely responsible for content broadcast during their streams.
Recording & Storage
Live streams are not recorded or stored by Ordr.chat by default.
Video streaming is provided via third-party services (e.g., Agora.io) subject to their terms.
Viewers may take screenshots or recordings; merchants should be aware of this.
Paid Live Events
Some live streams may require purchasing a ticket for access.
Ticket payments are processed via Stripe; standard payment terms apply.
Ticket refunds are subject to the merchant's policy. If a stream is cancelled by the merchant, you are entitled to a refund.
Access is granted for the duration of the live event only unless otherwise stated.
Moderation
We reserve the right to terminate streams that violate our policies and suspend accounts for repeated violations.
Messaging & Notifications
Ordr.chat provides messaging capabilities including in-app messaging, SMS, and push notifications.
Message Delivery
Messages are routed through available channels based on availability and user preferences.
SMS messages are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Twilio) subject to their terms.
Message delivery is not guaranteed; network issues may affect delivery.
Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply for SMS.
Message Content
No spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages.
No illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Messages should be relevant to orders and customer service.
Push Notifications
You may receive web push notifications for orders, messages, and updates if you grant permission.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your browser settings.
Automated Messaging
Merchants may use automated messaging for follow-ups, reminders, and engagement.
Automated messages are sent on behalf of the merchant; Ordr.chat provides the automation tools.
You may opt out of automated messages by contacting the merchant or platform support.
Automation features may use AI to generate message content; merchants are responsible for approving automated workflows.
Data & Privacy
Messages are stored to provide conversation history and customer service.
Phone numbers are used for message delivery and may be verified for security.
You may opt out of messaging by contacting the merchant or platform support.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This section explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
Order data (name, phone, address, selected items, delivery preferences).
Device and usage information (e.g., server logs, IP address) for security and analytics.

Credits & Billing
Certain platform features consume credits from the merchant's account.
Credits are used for AI generation (images, video, voice, pages), SMS, email sending, and other services.
Credit costs vary by action type and are displayed before use where practical.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.
Merchants are responsible for monitoring their credit balance; services may be paused when credits are depleted.
Communities & User-Generated Content
Ordr.chat enables community features including clusters, seller update posts, stories, and social feeds.
Community Clusters
Users may create or join public, private, or unlisted communities.
Community owners and moderators are responsible for enforcing community standards.
We reserve the right to remove communities or content that violates platform policies.
Members may be muted or banned by community moderators or platform administrators.
Seller Updates & Stories
Seller updates and stories are time-limited content that may expire automatically (typically 24-72 hours).
Content must comply with our acceptable use policies.
Uploaded media (photos, videos) is stored on our servers and may be processed (e.g., resized, converted to WebP).
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Ordr.chat a license to display, distribute, and process it within the platform.
You must have the right to share any content you upload (no copyright infringement).
We may remove content that violates policies without prior notice.
Challenges & Gamification
Challenges have specific rules, requirements, and reward structures set by the organizer.
Participation may require completing tasks, making referrals, or meeting spending thresholds.
Rewards and prizes are subject to the organizer's terms; Ordr.chat does not guarantee prize fulfillment by third-party organizers.
We reserve the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraud or manipulation.
Digital Courses & Learning
Merchants may offer digital courses and learning content through Ordr.chat.
Course content is created and managed by the merchant; Ordr.chat is not responsible for course quality or accuracy.
Course access is granted upon purchase and may be revoked if terms are violated.
Course content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, recorded, or shared.
Progress tracking is provided as-is; we are not responsible for lost progress due to technical issues.
Refunds for digital courses are subject to the merchant's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Website Builder
Merchants can create and customize storefronts using Ordr.chat's AI website builder (Pludor Ai Studio).
Websites are hosted on Ordr.chat's infrastructure and accessed via platform-provided URLs.
Merchants are responsible for all content published on their websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove websites that violate platform policies or applicable laws.
Website availability is subject to platform uptime; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Affiliate & Referral Program
Ordr.chat offers referral and affiliate programs that allow users to earn commissions.
Commission rates vary by tier, store, and program and may change with notice.
Commissions are subject to a hold period (typically 14 days) before becoming eligible for payout.
The platform may retain a portion of commissions as a service fee.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referral manipulation will result in commission forfeiture and possible account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate affiliate programs at any time.
Cashback & Rewards
Cashback rewards are earned based on qualifying purchases and may vary by store.
Reward tiers and earning rates are set by the merchant and may change.
Cashback points have no cash value until redeemed according to program rules.
Fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of accrued rewards.
Phone Verification & Identity
Phone verification via OTP (one-time password) may be required for signup, login, or sensitive actions.
Verification codes are sent via SMS and expire after a limited time.
Verification is rate-limited for security purposes (excessive attempts may be temporarily blocked).
Your phone number may be used to link your identity across sessions and devices for a consistent experience.
Security & Bot Protection
We employ automated bot detection and rate limiting to protect the platform.
Automated access (scrapers, bots, crawlers) is restricted; legitimate requests may occasionally be blocked in error.
Abuse of API endpoints, rate limits, or authentication systems may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.
Security events are logged for investigation and fraud prevention purposes.
Discovery Feed & Personalization
The discovery feed blends products, stories, updates, and community content using algorithmic ranking.
Feed content may be personalized based on your location, followed stores, and engagement history.
AI may be used to rank and recommend content; ranking is not endorsement.
Featured or promoted content may appear in the feed; such content will be identified where required by law.
